Terramor Overview

South Corona’s newest 55+ neighborhoods are located within the master-planned community of Terramor in the Temescal Valley of Southern California. Two of the top-tier local builders, Del Webb and CalAtlantic Homes will offer three beautiful age-restricted neighborhoods in Terramor. The first builder to break ground in Terramor is Del Webb. This builder is offering a fresh lineup of elegant and modern home de-signs. These homes will be available to active adult buyers in the Ardena and Cortina neighborhoods. All single-family homes will display architectural styles that depict rustic European themes with stone and brick accents, arched doorways, and wrought-iron railings.

There will be three unique floor plans for buyers to choose from in the Ardena neighborhood. These single-family homes offer 1,579 to 1,865 square feet of living space with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Features include spacious layouts, covered patios, luxurious owner’s suites with walk-in closets, and inviting living areas.

The home designs offered in the Cortina neighborhood will appeal to the active adults that seek more space. These three single-family floor plans range in size from 1,999 to 2,172 square feet and have two to four bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Interior features may include a den or flex room, large gathering areas, spacious master suite, laundry room, and gourmet kitchen.

The Sterling neighborhood built by CalAtlantic Homes will include four floor plans ranging in size from 2,206 to 2,483 square feet. These homes include three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Features such as walk-in pantries, California Rooms, optional fireplaces, and optional second-floor features come with some of the floor plans offered in Sterling. In addition to these amazing home offerings, residents of the age-restricted neighborhoods will also enjoy a carefree environment thanks to homeowners association dues that will include maintenance of all common areas and amenities.

Terramor is located in Corona, California. The community sprawls across 890 acres of scenic landscape. Since it is situated on the south-facing slopes and hillsides of the Temescal Valley, residents are offered picturesque views of the Santa Ana Mountains, Saddleback Mountains, and Cleveland National Forest. Just outside the community’s gates residents will find grocery stores, re-tail shops, restaurants, and a gas station.
